An emergency is a serious, unexpected, often dangerous situation that requires immediate action.
An emergency procedure is a plan of actions to be conducted in a certain order or manner, in response to an emergency event.
Evacuation diagrams provide vital information in an emergency - current location, nearest and alternative exits, and directions to the assembly area.
Procedures and evacuations need to be exercised annually to ensure safety and compliance.
Does your organisation have these measures in place?
Workplace Emergency Safety (WES) Group follows a risk process to enable the identification of hazards, the assessment of the level of risk created by these hazards in the workplace, the elimination or minimisation of risks, the monitoring and review of risk to determine whether there has been an improvement, and revision of the risk control measures if necessary.
At times, these risk control measures are part of your compliance regime.
WES Group works with you to ensure you meet both your safety and compliance requirements.
